This 3-day retreat is a perfect introduction to Qigong and mindfulness meditation.
We will be introduced to different meditation techniques such as standing, sitting and walking meditation. Part of the practice will be silent, this will bring us closer to ourselves. Our aim is to equip you with a personalized excercise program for daily practice. You will notice that a day started off with Qigong just feels different. Introduction to breathing excercises and Qi-yoga, gentle yoga postures with the focus on the energy flow. No previous yoga experience is required.
Mindfulness Retreat schedule:
7- 8 am: Qigong practice
8.30 am: Breakfast
10-11 am: Mindfulness meditation
12.30 pm: Lunch
Free afternoon to enjoy nature walks - reading or relaxing in the garden
4- 6 pm: Breathing techniques and Qi-yoga
6.30 pm: Dinner
8 pm: Evening mindfulness meditation & women circle
